Dave Gamache – Manager
I have been around boating, water sports, and sales my entire life. After selling my Stained Glass business in 1990, I decided to seek out a new career path that would incorporate my passions for boating and helping people have fun. I have found being a Delivery Captain to be a very rewarding profession. I joined Hardin Marine Arrowhead in 2004 and felt Hardin shares my vision for the future of this industry.
it’s my commitment to Boating Knowledge that separates me from others who just want to sell you a boat and not deliver the complete boating lifestyle. I believe in providing customers with the full experience of boating fun. My performance after the sale is what brings customers back year after year. | Juan Flores - Shop Foreman
Juan has over 30 years of experience in the Service Department of various Boat Dealerships. He joined Hardin Marine Arrowhead in 1999. His vast experance with different makes and models of boats has provided him with a strong knowledge of the structure of boats and how that structure can be repaired. Juan is a valuable addition to the Hardin Fiberglass Team.
Juan is also responsible for the delivery and hauling of boats, as well as the scheduling and dispatching of work assignments to the detail personal. Juan has spent time delivering and picking up boats and making sure storage boats are charged and ready in the spring. Working in the boat business for 30 years Juan has learned the importance of customer service. |  |
